In practice this looks like: I will name what is true before you have quite found the words for it. I will ask the question that cuts straight to the center. I will see the thing you have been circling around and say it out loud, in a way that feels like relief instead of a surprise.

I spent over a decade in healthcare operations, scaling a physical therapy organization from one location to six with revenue that grew sevenfold. I built the compensation structures, the systems, the workflows, the teams. I was the person who stayed in the room after the vision was cast and figured out how to make it real.

What I learned is that the hardest operational problems are almost always something else underneath. The leader who keeps hitting the same wall is navigating something deeper, and no spreadsheet is going to touch it.

So I work on both layers. The operational and the personal. Because in my experience, you cannot fix one without the other.
