I've spent 13 years building organizations from the inside out. I started as an operations leader in healthcare, and over time we built apractice from one location to six, grew revenue sevenfold, and turned a new business line profitable within three months. I've done the work that doesn't have a clean title — the part where someone has to figure out how to make the vision actually function.
That's what brought me to Jove. I wanted to do this work for founders who are at the same inflection point I've navigated many times: the moment when the idea is solid but the infrastructure isn't there yet, and everything depends on getting the next phase right.
I'm an operations consultant and coach. I work with founders across industries — because the operational challenges of building something real are mostly the same regardless of the container. I'm not a deck person. I'm the one who builds the thing.
I'm also completing my Wellcoaches health and wellness coaching certification, formalizing frameworks I've used intuitively for years. The coaching layer matters to me because operations and the person running them are not separate problems. You can have perfect systems and still be the bottleneck. We work on both.
